Low sodium isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Most of us began our low sodium journey due to health concerns, our own or those of a loved one. Low sodium is different from what we think of as a “diet.” It’s primary goal is to improve and preserve our health, sometimes even our lives. Starting a low sodium lifestyle can be confusing and sticking with it can feel difficult. I’m Lisa and I created this blog to share what I’m learning on my own personal LoSo journey.
